Will Host Second Annual Culinary Tour of Nations Luncheon
for Poultry Production Customers

MADISON, NEW JERSEY January 19, 2015 – Merck Animal Health (known as MSD Animal Health outside the USA and Canada) today announced it will be a platinum sponsor of the International Production & Processing Expo in Atlanta, Georgia from January 27-29.

The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) is a collaboration of three shows: International Poultry Expo, International Feed Expo, and International Meat Expo – representing the entire chain of protein production and processing.

“Poultry producers today are under increasing pressure to achieve optimal performance from their flocks,” said Delair Bolis, Executive Director, Global Poultry Marketing, Merck Animal Health. “We are pleased to take part in the International Production & Processing Expo and offer poultry producers the opportunity to learn more about improving the health and performance of their flocks, and meeting their financial goals.”

Merck Animal Health will also host a Culinary Tour of Nations luncheon at the Expo. The luncheon will provide attendees the opportunity to meet poultry production personnel from many countries while enjoying poultry dishes from around the world. The company will also bestow a research sponsorship to the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine during the event. The Culinary Tour of Nations luncheon will be held on January 28 at 12:00 PM in the Georgia World Conference Center and is by invitation only.

Merck Animal Health is also inviting a limited number of attendees to Step Up to Solutions by visiting the top level of its two-story booth, where they can have one-on-one discussions with experts in the poultry industry.
